Care Instructions
Washing instructions will be on the care tag of the individual gear you own. However, as a general rule:

- Do NOT Tumble dry.
- Hang to dry in a cool shady area away from sun.
- Do not use bleach, fabric softeners or dryer sheets.
- Do not iron.

I always use the Light Speed Compression Shorts for high-intensity running training, 5km, 10km, half marathons, and full marathons.
They are comfortable to wear and don't chafe.
The pocket for small items is very convenient for storing keys etc.
It would be nice if it came in a variety of colors like other sports brands. (For example, white or orange.)

Genuinely appreciate the effort and technology putting into the design of compression shorts! Suggest following the size chart, as it actually feels way better, if I get it right, the tighter to the legs, the more support it is. Felt stronger and faster during my runs, the support to my leg muscles is very real. Especially after my run, before my sleep, I felt less tired for my recovery afterwards.

The Rolls Royce of compression shorts. Extremely well made. Perfect fit. Pockets, zips and space for every runners needs. Comfortable. They look good. And they do the job of ‘protecting’ muscles whilst you run. Highly recommended. £70 looks expensive. But hey…it’s a Rolls Royce.
