Washing instructions will be on the care tag of the individual gear you own. However, as a general rule:

I purchased the compression sleeve as I have a recurring tennis elbow issue. The curling season (sport) has just begun. Normally, the tennis elbow flairs up when curling. It’s a bit early to tell but so far I have not experienced any pain during the game or soreness afterwards.
