Care Instructions
Washing instructions will be on the care tag of the individual gear you own. However, as a general rule:
- Machine wash in cold water with like colours.
- Do NOT Tumble dry.
- Hang to dry in a cool shady area away from sun.
- Do not use bleach, fabric softeners or dryer sheets.
- Do not iron.

Does a great job keeping everything in place, really helps with my shin splints, especially on longer runs. I can feel it when I forget to put them on. Unfortunately, they don't last forever, they need to be replaced every couple months, but still the best product on the market, I tried other brands, but always come back to 2XU.

I do rate this purchase and think it helped my shin splints since I started running several weeks ago and have had shin splint issues. I went a size bigger than the size guide as everyone said they were hard to get on but I would've liked to try the smaller size to see if they compressed more.
