Overdid the VO2 run and finished with quads feeling overstrained. Hoping to avoid not being able to walk the next day, wore the Refresh Recovery compression tights under my work clothes that day. If you have been thinking about investing in compressions for POTS then I highly recommend visiting a store to try these on or talk to 2XU. I stalked 2XU for 2 months & by luck on a day I finally left my home I was parked outside 2XU. The staff member was amazing & encouraged me to try them on even though I thought I had my sizing right…how wrong I was! They need to fit like a second skin & once you buy a pair & have worn them - you will be hooked like I am. Please contact 2XU to get the sizing right as I would have purchased a Large instead of Medium if I went off the sizing guide. I believe this is the only reason any negative reviews pop-up in POTS forums. I’m just under a month I am now back at Physio regularly & upright after 4 years of trialing everything else. Note: you will still need salt 😂
P.S. I’m not ready for pictures but I’m sure I will be purchasing at least a weeks worth of these pants..so will add pics when my confidence is back!
