Care Instructions
Washing instructions will be on the care tag of the individual gear you own. However, as a general rule:
- Machine wash in cold water with like colours.
- Do NOT Tumble dry.
- Hang to dry in a cool shady area away from sun.
- Do not use bleach, fabric softeners or dryer sheets.
- Do not iron.

Good fit, comfortable, good compression. Will buy again. Only slight criticism is foot hole could be slightly wider or more capable of stretching. Mildly difficult to get on with high arches.

I purchased two pairs of the refresh recovery tights with the idea of using them for flats and wade fly fishing in addition to the support during the 7 hour flight to the fishing destination. Part of my motivation was my current hip/piriformis muscle rehabilitation. First, as a newbee to compression tights I appreciated the videos on how to even put them on. However, they worked great once I got used to them. The only concern I have is that there loose threads on both pairs that I hoped by pulling or cutting them off do not lead to problems with the tightts.
