Wash in cold water with like colours as soon as possible after each use to remove sweat. Hand washing is ideal, but a gentle or delicate cycle in the washing machine is also suitable. Hang to dry in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and dryer sheets as they can break down the compression fibers. Do not iron.
