Care Instructions
Washing instructions will be on the care tag of the individual gear you own. However, as a general rule:

- Hang to dry in a cool shady area away from sun.
- Do not use bleach, fabric softeners or dryer sheets.
- Do not iron.

Like everyone else says in the reviews, go a size up. I am 172 cm and usually a medium in everything, but I couldn't even zip the M up! The large is tight, but an XL would be too big on the arms. The L fits well and is skin tight as required.
Overall quality is excellent, and goes well with the 2XU tri shorts for a 2-piece set
