Care Instructions
Washing instructions will be on the care tag of the individual gear you own. However, as a general rule:
- Machine wash in cold water with like colours.
- Do NOT Tumble dry.
- Hang to dry in a cool shady area away from sun.
- Do not use bleach, fabric softeners or dryer sheets.
- Do not iron.

I love these shirts, they're my second pair. They fit well, the liner is super comfortable, the shorts material is very lightweight and breathable and there's a handy pocket in one leg that happily carries a phone or a couple of gels without pulling the shorts down. We'll done on the design, fabric and fit.
The only thing I would add is either a pocket on the other leg, or more waistband pockets (I am using these for long trail runs and always like to have more stash points!)

Perfect for tropical climates. My husband has been wearing these for years and I’ve finally given them a try. Super comfort and the way the short overlay is designed does not result in lots of excess fabric. Both my husband and I find 2XU on the smaller side. I’m normally a small in other brands but the medium in these shorts so would recommend going one size up if new to the brand.
