COMPETITION TERMS – BLACK FRIDAY 2025

  1. Organizer
    The competition is organized by KMP Online AB / 2XU Nordics (“the Organizer”).

  2. Participation
    To participate, you must:

  1. sign up for the newsletter via the form, and

  2. submit a short motivation as instructed.
    By participating, you agree to receive marketing emails.

  1. Prize
    One (1) pair of 2XU tights of your choice, valued up to 189 EUR.
    The product must be in stock at baltics.2xu.com.
    No cash alternative is available.

  2. Competition Period
    The competition runs 24 November–1 December 2025.
    The winner will be selected within 5 days after the competition ends.

  3. Winner Selection
    The winner will be chosen by a jury based on creativity and relevance of the submitted motivation.
    This is a skill-based competition, not a lottery.
    The winner will be contacted by email and must respond within 7 days.

  4. Taxes
    Prizes over 150 EUR may be subject to tax. The winner is responsible for any tax liability.

  5. Data Protection
    The Organizer processes email addresses and motivations to administer the competition and send marketing communications.
    You may unsubscribe at any time.

  6. Liability
    The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues or invalid entries.
    Entries violating the rules may be disqualified.

  7. Changes
    The Organizer may modify or cancel the competition if necessary.

  8. Governing Law
    The competition is governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be settled in Stockholm.

  9. Acceptance
    By participating, you agree to these terms.
