Care Instructions
Washing instructions will be on the care tag of the individual gear you own. However, as a general rule:
- Machine wash in cold water with like colours.
- Do NOT Tumble dry.
- Hang to dry in a cool shady area away from sun.
- Do not use bleach, fabric softeners or dryer sheets.
- Do not iron.

Love the product, but the size chart is off. I'm 5'8", 165 lbs, with a 32" waist. The size chart indicates I'm barely a Medium. Too tight around the waist and hips, legs were nice and snug. Almost couldn't get em on and I wear medium in every other short (including other brands of compression and cycling) that ever had. However, I like the shorts so well, I ordered a larger size!

Everything from the packaging to the fit and performance, these are the best that I have found. I use them mainly for long distance running. The fit and amount of compression is perfect. They don’t slide up the leg while running so that is important to me.

Ok, the quality is really good and performance is great.
But the area for your package is way too tight. I am by no means big and there’s just nowhere for your junk to go. You either lay it sideways or it’s completely crushed. there needs to be small amount of extra material in the V.
And secondly speaking of extra material these come up to your belly button they’re so long it looks weird. I bunch them down on my hips which make the pockets hard to utilise.
I’m 180 tall and wear 32 pants and bought L.
They really do work as advertised and feel great on the legs.

These shorts have been great for my longer runs. I had an issue with my first pair but the customer service was great and sent me a new pair straight away. I have loved training in these and would highly recommend.
