How should my 2XU training apparel fit?

Your 2XU garment should sit on your body with supreme comfort. Tights should fit securely without 'cutting in' while Singlets, Tees, Shorts and Tanks should feel light and free without being too baggy. Certain styles, particularly those with in-built bras, are designed to fit securely around the bust, then taper out down toward the hipline. If you're unsure, feel free to ask in store or call through to any 2XU Performance Centre.

Your 2XU apparel should not compromise your technique in any way. For optimal performance, be sure to select a size which offers you un-restricted movement when working out. With flatlock and low profile seams, chafe-free motion is assured. A little extra space between you and the garment will also promote breathability and ventilation.

Designed for Ironman, a dual layer 90 density 6mm foam is combined with 140 density 3mm foam for maximum support with it’s main feature being the “Free-edge” construction – meaning the entire external edge of the pad is without foam, making the stitching totally flat.

Please note that returns of underwear and socks are not accepted for hygienic reasons. Swimwear with a broken hygiene seal cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. As long as the hygiene seal remains, it is fine to return swimwear.

Care Instructions

Washing instructions will be on the care tag of the individual gear you own. However, as a general rule:

Machine wash in cold water with like colours.
Do NOT Tumble dry.
Hang to dry in a cool shady area away from sun.
Do not use bleach, fabric softeners or dryer sheets.
Do not iron.

Gets the job done
It’s really hard to find a race suit to fit, because of my menopausal tummy and large top half, but skinny hips, bum and legs. This fitted my top half well but a little loose around the legs. I could live with that, because the medium chaffed my arms. No chaffing with the large.

First time Purchase
This was my 1st purchase of a Tri suit and purchase through 2XU. After consulting with a team member to check on size & fit via email with my measurements, they recommended a size for me. My Tri suit arrived,and it fit perfectly!! Extremely happy with the fit, comfort and had no issues in wearing it on the day. Highly recommend 2XU, outstanding customer service.

Breathable & Light
Material is very lightweight & breathable. Shorts have thin pads to provide some cushion while on the bike & are not bulky while running. Color combination is great. I'm 5'8". 145 lbs. Size M fit perfect.

I like a lot!
The trisuit fits really well and the pads are thick enough. It would be good if the pockets on the back were bigger.
