Washing instructions will be on the care tag of the individual gear you own. However, as a general rule:

These tights keep the quads warm when it's very windy! They don't feel restrictive with the different materials.
Had to remove a star due to the sizing. I ordered a medium based on the size chart (65kg, 5'5"), and while the tights do provide some compression in the thighs and calves, they are a little baggy in the crotch area. Maybe a small would be a better option. I ordered the core compression tights at the same time and exchanged those for the smalls and the fit was much better.

I have a few 2XU tights/ shorts but my tights on very cold and windy runs weren’t cutting it and my legs and backside were very cold and uncomfortably so, that towards the end of my runs, the cold became the focus of my attention. Not good, so I thought i’d try these. I trust 2XU products and I haven’t been disappointed with these.
They are a good fit, comfortable and warm where I need them to be, could be warmer but better than my normal ones so can’t complain too much. The thigh panels are a bit crinkly for the first couple of runs but wears off after the first wash. Does help to resist the wind, so I’m happy with them. Wish they weren’t so expensive; I’d buy more!
