Washing instructions will be on the care tag of the individual gear you own. However, as a general rule:

These shorts are comfortable, stay in place and the compression is just right. The pockets sealed the deal! I am 5'5" and weigh 120 pounds with an athletic build. Size medium is perfect.

I purchased these and have been very happy with them they are comfortable and practical the pockets allow you to tuck away keys mobile phone for a walk or training session. Reasonably priced and wash well.
