Care Instructions
Washing instructions will be on the care tag of the individual gear you own. However, as a general rule:
- Machine wash in cold water with like colours.
- Do NOT Tumble dry.
- Hang to dry in a cool shady area away from sun.
- Do not use bleach, fabric softeners or dryer sheets.
- Do not iron.

I wear these for sun protection while I play sand volleyball. I’m 6’3” /180 and have longer arms than average. The Large has a good athletic fit. I think the measurements in the size chart are pretty spot on. The arms probably are slightly longer than average since they fit me. Also love their tall compression pants since I have long legs as well.

I am 6’ 5, 192lbs. 42L, 16.5 /36, 34 waist
The fit with this shirt was to small in the shoulder snd chest as well as the length in a large, and the crew neck opening was to large or had been stretched out.
Material was light weight, and would be great for summer.
I think if you size up the size would be perfect.
